The future is local.

Right now I have 3 Mac Studios on my desk powering my OpenClaw. They’re all running Qwen 3.5, a super intelligent local model basically as good as Sonnet 4.5. Unlimited tokens, no rate limits, all for the cost of the energy flowing into the computers.

Getting a local model up and running

To get Qwen 3.5 running (the model we discussed earlier) you will need at least a 32gb of memory Mac Mini. The model only requires 20gb of memory, but you want some extra space so you can perform other tasks.

If you only have the base 16gb Mac Mini that’s fine, you won’t be able to run this model, but there are smaller models you can still run. They won’t be frontier level intelligence, but you’ll be able to offload some small tasks to your local model.

Here’s how to set up Qwen 3.5-35B-A3B on your 32gb of memory or higher computer:

1. Download LM Studio —

), free, drag to Applications

2. Search for Qwen3.5-35B-A3B-4bit — in the Discover tab, search “Qwen3.5-35B-A3B” and pick the 4-bit MLX version

3. Download it — ~20GB, takes a few minutes on decent internet

4. Load the model — click it in the sidebar, hit Load. Done. You now have a local AI running

5. Use it— Ask your OpenClaw to connect to it. Say you downloaded it into LM Studio and you’d like to use the model as a tool.

If you are on a computer with less than 32gb of memory, like the base model Mac Mini, I’d recommend talking to your OpenClaw and asking “What is the best local model I can run on my hardware that will help offload some tasks we do or improve our memory system?”

When to use it

This model is frontier from 6-12 months ago, but it isn’t frontier today. So here’s my recommendation: use Anthropic or ChatGPT as your brain for your OpenClaw, then have it use your local model as the muscles

The frontier model will plan everything out, then use the local model to execute.

Execution is 90% of the token usage, so this will save you MASSIVELY.

It gives you a hybrid model, which is the best of both worlds.

It also gives you the benefit of tinkering with local intelligence and learning more about AI. Also keeping your data private when you want.

This will also prepare you for a local future which I believe is coming this year.

I believe by the end of the year we will have Opus 4.6 level models that can run on a single Mac Studio or Mac Mini. And when this happens, the world will wake up to the possibilities.

Good news for you: if you take action here, you’ll be ahead of everyone else, which is always where the massive opportunity is.

Bad news: you will be stuck there. Good news: you can decide which you fall into.

So what is the ‘permanent underclass’?

Right now there are 2 kinds of people: those adopting AI and those not.

Right now the people who adopt the latest AI tech have significantly more economic power than those who don’t. They can build and create value for the world significantly faster.

As more powerful AI tools release like OpenClaw and Opus 4.6, the economic power gap only widens and widens.

Eventually this gap will be so wide, that the people who haven’t adopted AI will have 0 economic power. They will be stuck with what they have. It will be over.

No company will want to hire them and they’ll have no power to create value on their own.

On the flip side, the people who have OpenClaws automating their entire digital life, super intelligence guiding all their decisions, and products/services continuously earning them money, will have infinitely scalable economic power nobody will be able to take away.

This isn’t something I just pulled out of my ass either. There is real data behind this. Turn on CNBC. Read any economic blog. Their term for this concept is just ‘K Shaped Recovery’.

You can see it in the stock market right now. Companies that are not taking advantage of AI tools are being crushed. Companies that stand to gain from the AI revolution are getting eye watering gains.

There is no stock market for human beings, so there are no charts to show how little economic power you have if you’re not adopting these tools.

Why 12 months for the permanent underclass?

Because this is when I predict the power of these tools will be so great that those using them will have conquered and automated all economic opportunity available.

On top of that the truly top tier AI tools will be so expensive, that only the people who created economic opportunity for themselves will be able to afford them, only adding to their economic power.

So what can you do to avoid the permanent underclass?

I have good news. It’s still really easy and cheap to get on the cutting edge of these tools (for now).

You just need to be using them every single day for at least an hour.

If you use the latest AI tools every day from now until 2027, I guarantee you’ll be in amazing shape.

Here’s what I’d adopt immediately:

OpenClaw is by far the most powerful AI tool ever created. It’s also free and open source. All you need is an AI plan for it from any LLM company. You can pay $10 a month for Minimax and still be able to get a ton out of OpenClaw. Get this installed and start using it.

Claude Opus 4.6 is the greatest AI model ever to chat with. Use this as a daily driver to solve every challenge you have and bounce ideas off of.

Codex 5.3 Spark is the most powerful coding model right now. It gives you super intelligent coding at speeds you can’t imagine. Start building apps with this model, even if you’ve never coded before.

Experiment with local models. Local super intelligence is the future. Having a computer on your desk where you have you own personal, private, super intelligent AI model that knows you inside and out and isn’t accessible to the outside world will be common for the permanent overclass. Even if you have a cheap mac mini, ask your AI which local models you can install. Then experiment with them.

You don’t need to be rich to take advantage of this opportunity. You just need to have agency and a bias for action. That’s it.

The purpose of this article isn’t to scare you. It’s to wake you up before it’s too late.

Put aside all the distractions. Put aside all the things that do not matter. I recently got rid of my gaming computer. There’s no time for the BS anymore. Now is the time for action. Now is the time to strike.

The question becomes, now that you know what the world will be like in 12 months, what will you do now? Will you just leave this article in your bookmarks like 99% of people will? Will you go crack open a beer and watch Stranger Things season 5? Or will you take action?

I launched an AI SaaS called Creator Buddy that I built 100% by myself and with AI. Within 10 minutes of launch it passed $100,000 ARR.

I didn’t do anything special. I didn’t do anything you can’t do right this moment. I just took an extreme amount of action over the course of 5 months. In this post I’m going to lay out every action I took, that you can start taking right now.

Use AI

The first step of everything is just using AI daily. This is more critical than anything. Whether it’s just for 15 minutes a day if you’re just starting, or for 10+ hours a day if you have the discipline, you need to be using the latest tools and models.

The most bleeding edge tools will give you the best productivity gains. These tools and models are Claude Code, Opus 4.5, ChatGPT 5.2 Thinking, and Claude Cowork.

If you don’t know where to start, just open a ChatGPT window next to whatever you’re doing, and run all your tasks through it. Just ask how it could help with that you’re doing.

But more important than ANY advice I’ll give you in this post, you NEED to be using AI EVERY SINGLE DAY. This is not optional.

Nobody neglecting AI right now will be successful over the next decade.

Find a problem to solve

Now that you understand AI and the contributions it can give you, you need to start solving problems. This is how you attract value/money.

Think about the areas you’re passionate in. There are absolutely no areas in the world AI can’t disrupt. Brain dump a list if you need to.

Once you have that list, dump it into AI. Ask for a list of the top challenges from those niches.

Then, ask for a list of simple solutions you can build with Claude Code to those challenges. Choose one of those solutions.

Create content about it

Before you start building the solution, you need to start building your distribution. This is how you’re going to spread the message of your solution and get your first customer.

When I first started building Creator Buddy, which is an AI tool for creating X content that performs well in the X algo, I started writing a TON about the X algorithm.

I would write tips and tricks, and share everything that was working for me with the algo. It helped build my authority in the niche.

Then when I released Creator Buddy, I had an army of users ready to go and sign up. I just simply released a product that implemented all the advice I was sharing.

It’s never too early to start creating content and building authority in your niche. X is the easiest place to start because tweeting requires at most 15 seconds of your time a day. Youtube takes significantly more effort, but the potential rewards are more than you can imagine. Start small then scale up.

Start building

You have your challenge. You’re building your authority. Now you need to build your solution.

It’s never been easier to build. If finances are tighter go with one of the free tools (Google AI Studio). If you can afford it go with the best tool (Claude Code). If you need help getting started, ask AI or join a community.

Share your journey

Now that you’ve built your solution, time to get customers. You’ve built your authority on social media, so now you share your journey of building. Talk about your product. Talk about how it makes people’s lives better. How it solves their problems.

Every time you ship, share. The more you ship, the more you can share, the more people discover you and your product. All of your success will be downstream of shipping.

That’s it. That’s the process. Find problems, build solutions, share your journey. The best part is, this is all basically free to do. It can also be done with a 9-5 as well. All of the steps I laid out are 100x easier with AI.

I can understand if this seems very intimidating. Especially if it’s new to you. But I promise, just getting started with get the boulder rolling down hill. The more you push it forward, the easier it becomes.

Before, you had to have some sort of special skills in order to build. You needed to know programming. You need to have a computer science degree. You needed to know people.

Here’s a quick guide:

1. Install Claude Code
   Paste this command into your terminal or console:
   curl -fsSL

   https://claude.ai/install.sh

   | bash

2. Sign up for a Claude premium account
   The $20 tier can get you your first simple app built.

3. Create a new folder, then open it in your terminal
   This is where your first project will live

4. Type ‘claude’ into your terminal
   This starts Claude Code in your selected folder

5. Hit shift+tab x2 to go into plan mode
   This will help Claude plan the app you’re going to build

6. Think of a simple app you use every day (maybe a todo list or calendar app?)
   The best apps to build at first are replicas of the current apps you use daily that you’re paying for

7. Tell Claude Code your idea and tell it to build a simple version using NextJS
   NextJS is a popular web framework that is easy to build on.

8. Once it’s done building, ask it how to run the app

Boom, you have your first app built. You just took your first step in your builder’s journey.

Now every day spend 5 minutes adding more to the app. Adding one more feature.

I promise it’ll energize you. It’ll give you more purpose. There is nothing more satisfying than building and using something you made from scratch.

How to get 10x better at AI

I found a new routine that has made me SOOO much better at building with AI. The best parts are it’s FREE, only takes 10 minutes a day, and is extremely beginner friendly.

This whole new routine is based around one concept: shipping quickly and regularly. The more you ship, the better you get at shipping, even if you’re just shipping micro apps.

So here’s how I’m practicing this: Google AI Studio. It’s a completely free vibe coding tool online. But here’s the secret: it has a “I’m feeling lucky mode” where it gives you a random app idea to build out. You hit the button, a starter prompt for a micro app gets automatically placed in the prompting field.

Then you just hit ‘build’ and the AI builds the app out for you. From there, you can prompt the AI to add new features, change what you see, or even put the app live.

The whole process from going to the site to getting a live app takes under 10 minutes and is completely free. I’ve been doing this every day for a few weeks now and have over 20 micro apps built out and have generated HUNDREDS of ideas for other apps I can build.

Building and ideating are muscles. To build those muscles, you have to work them out regularly. Doing this 10 minute routine every day consistently is like going to the AI gym to build your AI/entrepreneur muscles.

Cloud agents are here.

Over the past 2 months, Cursor, then Codex, then Claude Code added cloud agent functionality to their apps.

What are cloud agents you ask?

These AI agents run entirely in the cloud — you can spin them up from anywhere, even if your devices are off.”

What does this mean for you?

No matter where you are - at the gym, in bed, on your computer, even on a roller coaster - you can spin up AI agents that work for you.

I found a workflow with these agents that’s 10x’d my output.

I try to make it so I always have at least 6 agents working for me:

4 building features
1 building marketing
1 acting as a product manager

I have 4 agents adding features to whatever app I’m working on. These are going to be smaller features so I don’t have to merge these massive changes. If you’re in Cursor or Codex, choose cloud as your place for the agents to work. If you’re in Claude Code, go to Claude.ai and choose the code section on the left or go to ‘Code’ in the mobile Claude app. This is where you can spin up cloud agents.

But again, these agents don’t just code, they can do anything. So I have another agent building me a marketing plan for the app I’m working on.

I have another agent act as the product manager, constantly reviewing my roadmap and coming up with new ideas.

Throughout the day I check in on my agents and assign new tasks if they’re idle. Before bed, I always queue up fresh work - so when I wake up, I’ve got progress waiting.

It always keeps the ball moving forward.

If you’re building with AI, you need to adopt this routine too. It not only advances your building faster than you ever have before, but it also keeps your brain constantly ideating and coming up with new cool things to build.

Cheapest way to get this workflow done is with Cursor or ChatGPT $20 plan. I use the $200 Claude Code plan though because I think that is the best coding tool at the moment.

Action plan for you right now:

If you use any of the AI coding tools above, try out the cloud agents with the setup I talked about. 6 agents working for you.

If you’re not an AI coder, then just give some prompts to ChatGPT before you go to bed. Wake up to your answers!

ChatGPT Atlas: Dud or Revolution? (Full Guide)

I’ve been using ChatGPT Atlas nonstop the last few days and have a few thoughts on how to get the absolute most out of it.

First of all, a review:

Is it a gamechanger and significantly better than Chrome or Comet? No.

Is it a tool you can use to learn how to incorporate AI into everything you do? Yes absolutely. And that’s enough to make it VERY usable and something everyone should try.

The most powerful part of ChatGPT Atlas is it integrates AI/your ChatGPT memories into everything you do. This is actually massive.

First, no matter where you are on the internet, you have instant access to ChatGPT. I think the biggest thing holding people back from getting the most out of AI is simply not using it enough. You should be incorporating it into EVERYTHING you do. I challenge myself through the day to incorporate GPT5 into as many tasks as humanly possible.

The moment I start a new task I think “How can I use GPT5 to make this better?”

Now that you have an ‘Ask ChatGPT’ button on screen no matter where you are, it makes it more difficult to NOT use AI.

For the past few days I’ve challenged myself to use that button as much as I can. For instance, I was scrolling X yesterday and someone tweeted out an idea for an app (seen below.) I immediately hit the Ask ChatGPT button which automatically pulled in all the context from my screen including that tweet.

I then asked Chat how I could build out the idea and what the business model would be. It gave me a full rundown and I immediately swapped over to Claude Code and started building.

This is the power of having AI integrated into EVERYTHING you do. No matter what you’re working on, you have a sidekick who can ideate, explain, and plan with you. It just grows your building muscles so much. The more you can spot ideas out in the wild then quickly turn around and build prototypes, the better you’ll become at spotting winning ideas.

Atlas has been making this SO much easier for me now that Chat is just a click away, and instantly has all the context from the browser PLUS all the context from our previous conversations (it has access to all your ChatGPT memories, so all context from EVERY conversation you’ve ever had on ChatGPT is included in the browser.)

Not only did ChatGPT plan out the financial betting app from the tweet I showed you, it also incorporated some features we talked about in previous conversations on the ChatGPT site. That’s incredibly powerful.

Just the integrated ChatGPT + memories from our past conversations is enough to get me to switch from Chrome.

Then you have additional features like Agent mode. If I’m being honest with you, as of right now I have no use for agent mode. It does nothing better or faster than I can. I’m still searching for use cases for it, but if I’m being 100% transparent, I think that it’s just an incredibly early version of what the future of AI agents will look like. A fun prototype, but not something that is going to change lives.

But what will change your life is incorporating AI into as many things you do as possible. So my challenge to you is this: if you downloaded Atlas keep the Ask ChatGPT sidebar open 24/7 no matter what you’re doing in the browser. Every website you go to think to yourself ‘How can I incorporate AI into this?’ ‘What ideas can I pull from this site, give to AI, and turn into a tangible idea?’ ‘How can I build something that solves a problem on this site?’

How to come up with UNLIMITED ideas for apps you can build with AI

The number 1 complaint I hear from people thinking about getting into vibe coding (building apps with AI) is that they have ZERO idea what they should build. They are waiting to dive into Claude Code until the perfect idea comes to them.

This is such a massive mistake that is so easily fixable.

First, if you wait for the perfect idea, it’ll never come to you.

Second, it’s so easy to come up with ideas, especially if you leverage AI.

I try to work on a side project every single day. Most of the time, I’m building out brand new ideas.

For instance, a few nights ago I started work on a Polymarket Scanner that surfaces interesting bets people are making in real time. This idea came to me from a quick chat I do with AI regularly.

AI is the BEST ideation partner in the world. And it’s by far it’s most underutilized function.

If you’re not ideating and bouncing ideas off AI daily, you’re missing out on the idea that can change your life.

Here’s how I do it:

First step is creating a project in your LLM app of choice. I created a project in ChatGPT (because I think GPT5 is the best business ideating model on the planet right now). It looks like this:

You set up a project then create documents around every aspect of your life and business. This gives the LLM context which is CRITICAL for coming up with good ideas.

Next you steal this prompt and use it:

Based on what you know about me, and based on these other topics I’m thinking about (list of topics), what are 10 challenges people in my niches are having right now? And what are ideas for 10 apps that will solve those challenges?

(Use the extended thinking version of whatever model you’re using).

Hit send on that and you’ll get a list of ideas back. Now this isn’t the final list. You can either choose one of the ideas, or refine the list. Mention which ones you like or don’t like and why. Then ask for a more refined, detailed list.

Let the LLM know which ones you find interesting and why. Keep going back and forth. This isn’t supposed to be one shot.

Eventually you’ll land on an idea. Now listen, it doesn’t need to be perfect. Perfection will come from the process of building. Take an idea and start building it out. As you build, more ideas will come to you and you’ll continue to refine.

My Polymarket idea only came from me building a stock scanner. Then the Polymarket idea came to me after.

All you’re looking for is a spark from this conversation. Take that spark then slowly feed it oxygen by building and tinkering.

Make this a daily exercise, and I promise you the perfect idea will eventually come.

How to build your first app with AI (even if you've never coded before)

I really think vibe coding is the biggest opportunity of our lifetime.

Before, you had to have some sort of special skills in order to build. You needed to know programming. You need to have a computer science degree. You needed to know people.

Now all of those barriers are gone. ANYONE, and I mean ANYONE with an idea can turn it into a real life product in no time.

You can go from idea to product faster than any time in history.

I proved this. in 5 months I built and launched Creator Buddy without writing a single line of code. I did it all by myself with absolutely no help. It's now making $300,000 a year.

My mission is to open up the eyes to as many people as possible of this. I really think 'vibe coding' (using AI to build apps) could change so many people's lives.

I think tons of people are constantly coming up with ideas for products that solve challenges, but so few people actually execute on those ideas. Most people just don't have the skills/discipline to do anything about it.

Vibe coding changed my life, and I really think it can change yours. Even if you never launch an app live, I think just BUILDING anything will have a wildly positive impact on your life. It will give you purpose and a productive activity to do outside work.

2. Feel free to use the free version

3. Open their AI agent on the right hand side

4. Think of a simple app you use every day (maybe a todo list or calendar app?)

5. Tell the AI agent you want to build a simple version of it using NextJS (popular web framework)

6. Once it's done working, ask it how to run the app

Boom, you have your first app built. You just took your first step in your builder's journey.

Now every day spend 5 minutes adding more to the app. Adding one more feature.

I promise it'll energize you. It'll give you more purpose. There is nothing more satisfying than building and using something you made from scratch.

Tomorrow when you wake up don’t touch your phone

Go for a 10 minute walk, get some sun in your eyes

Do 10 pushups

Write for 10 minutes

Then sit down and get some work done

This should only take an hour. If you’re able to do this every day for a year, that’s over 2 weeks worth of deep work you’ve created out of nowhere.

Think of how much 365 hours of deep work would change your life. That’s more than enough to build a product with AI that makes you money,

If you’re able to do all of this, I personally guarantee you’ll accomplish more than 99.9% of people in this world

Your competition has never been weaker. Now is the time to strike. Now is the time to lock in and actually get shit done.

Most won’t be able to take this challenge because the temptation of sitting on your couch and staring at your phone for 2 hours will be too difficult to pass up on

4 daily AI routines that will change your life

AI has arrived. People are losing jobs already. Every big tech company in the world has been doing nothing but laying off people for the last few years. Nonstop hiring freezes, and I think this will spread to most other industries.

You need to be making yourself layoff proof. You need to make it so that even if you lose your job, your life isn't impacted at all.

You do this by creating revenue streams only YOU control. You don't control your salary. Your boss can take that away from you. You don't control X ad revenue. Elon can take that away from you.

But if you build goods and services that generate revenue, NOBODY can take that away from you.

Not only do you become layoff proof, you gain a bullet proof mentality knowing you control your destiny. Anxiety and worry start to melt away.

But how do you build your own goods and services? I think it comes down to one skillset: your ability to incorporate AI into your life.

Your ability to co-work with AI on every challenge, problem, and question you have. The more you engage with AI on a day to day basis, the more goods and services ideas that will come to you.

Let me give you an example: I'm currently growing my Youtube channel. My most successful videos on Youtube have been on-trend videos. For instance, Claude Code is trending big time right now. Every time I create content on it, I gain significantly more subscribers. So I went to ChatGPT to ask how I can keep on top of what is trending in AI.

The response it gave back was mind blowing. It walked me through step by step on how I can build an app that continuously monitors Youtube and surfaces trends to me in real time. Now I'm building the app out and will be able to launch it as a product when I'm done that will passively earn me revenue.

This is on top of the $300,000 I’m already making with my AI content app Creator Buddy.

This all came from my ability to recognize situations where I need to incorporate AI into my workflow. I wasn't even looking for goods and services ideas. I just wanted guidance on how I can find trends.

Now I have another product that makes me even more layoff proof.

The challenge that most people have is they are waiting for the perfect idea. The perfect moment to strike for them to build something of their own. That perfect idea rarely happens.

What you need to be doing is increasing your luck surface area. Increasing the odds great ideas come to you.

You do this by incorporating AI into every little activity you do during the day.

Here's my challenge for you. If you do this challenge for even just ONE DAY I promise it'll change your life.

Every time you:

• Have a question
• Start a new task
• Don't know how to do something
• See someone else do something mildly interesting
• Have free time

Turn to AI and just run it through the model (I like ChatGPT o3 at the moment). Get feedback. See what it has to say. I guarantee your workflow and your life will change dramatically.

AI will provide you perspective on every single task you do throughout the day and will explain to you either how to do it more efficiently or how to turn it into a money making product.

You’ll look at every single action you take day to day completely differently. You’ll maximize your output and increase your luck surface area. Way more ideas will flow to you and your odds of building something that changes your life will increase dramatically.

Do this for a day, everything will change. Do this for a month, you are almost guaranteed to succeed.

4 daily AI routines that will change your life

I’ve built a daily routine with AI that has changed everything for me. I talk a lot about how AI can be used to build a business, but I’ve never talked about how it can be used to improve your day to day life.

These 4 routines I’m going to go over I do every single day, and have immeasurably improved every part of my personal life. If you do just even one of these daily, I promise you’ll start to see a lot of positive changes.

To start: we need to set up a project. I like to use ChatGPT for this. Projects are the most underrated AI tools ever. They allow you to upload massive amounts of context to the AI so they can give you even more personal and relevant answers.

In my project I have 3 documents. One describing my personal background (my degree, my work history, my personal goals, my personal successes and challenges). One describing my content (what I write about and create videos on, my interests, my audience’s interests, goals for my content). And another document on my business (what apps I’m building, how well they’re doing, the feature set, my vision for the apps, my business and financial goals).

Go into Google Docs and create these 3 documents. If you can’t create the 2nd or 3rd document that’s fine. As long as you have the first document built (the first one) then we can eventually work on the other 2. Get these uploaded to your new project in ChatGPT.

Now that we have our project set up, let’s talk about the 5 ways I use it every day to improve my life.

1. Stop doomscrolling

I have to be honest with you, I’m absolutely addicted to my phone. It’s hard for me to do 5 minutes straight of deepwork without picking up my phone and scrolling. When you primarily build your business through social media, it’s incredibly hard NOT to get addicted to the internet.

A few weeks ago I tried a new routine that changed everything for me. I created a doom scrolling chat in my ChatGPT project. Anytime I felt like doom scrolling or was in between tasks, I went to that chat and said hello. I prompted the AI so that it knew it was my anti-doom scrolling chat. I also prompted it so it would be productive for me and help me in all areas of my life.

Take this prompt below and put it into your project. Use the chat every time you feel like doom scrolling:

I am addicted to my phone. Every 10 minutes I pick up my phone and doom scroll endlessly. It is destroying my productivity and putting me in a bad mental state. I'd like to use that time now to chat with you and generate new content/business ideas, and also reflect on my current projects and goals. I want to make this chat my distraction from doom scrolling, so that when I feel like doom scrolling I instead have a productive conversation with you that leads to self reflection and more business/content ideas. What would you like to know about me so you can provide me the maximum value possible?

2. Build something

There truly is no feeling in the world like building something of your own. Something you created from scratch that you put together piece by piece.

Before, you needed very specialized skills to build anything. You either needed to know how to code or other skills that were gate kept from the general public.

Now with AI it’s never been easier. You can build quite literally anything by yourself. You just ask an AI how to do it.

I built my own app, so I’m constantly telling people they need to build their own as well. If I can do it I promise anyone else can too. It doesn’t require that much time either. Spend 5 minutes a day building something of your own and I promise you’ll go to sleep so much more satisfied.

Take this prompt and spend 5 minutes tonight building something of your own (this works even if you’ve never programmed before):

My 3 main interests are *your interests*. List the 5 biggest challenges in these areas that people have. Then for each challenge, give me 2 ideas for simple apps I can build to solve them. I have never programmed before, so when I choose an idea walk me through step by step how I can build it.

3. Reflect on your goals

Sometimes goals feel intangible. Like you have no idea what the path to those goals are or how to achieve them. With AI your goals become so much more tangible.

Every day I spend at least 15 minutes prompting AI to get more tangible steps I can take immediately to get closer to my goals. Check out this prompt and use it ASAP:

My biggest goal over the next 5 years is *name 1 single goal*

I have 15 minutes. What is one step I can take during these 15 minutes to get 1% closer to my goal?

4. Analyze your content

AI is the most powerful content coach in the world. If you’re currently building on social media, you need to be using AI to understand what works, what doesn’t, what you can improve on, and what your audience truly wants.

2 ways to do this, a more challenging way and a way easier way.

More challenging way: copy and paste your last 100 posts into a spreadsheet. Then upload that spreadsheet into your project. Ask the AI about commonalities around wording, phrasing, formats, time of day, topics, and hooks.

How long can you work with no reward?

How long can you put in effort with nobody noticing?

How much blood sweat and tears can you shed for absolutely nothing in return?

These last few years have been a wild ride for me. I’ve put in a ton of effort growing an audience and building products without a ton of rewards.

Finally this year, after years of learning coding, creating content, and building a name for myself, I’ve started to see some rewards. But it took years and years and years to get here.

The biggest difference between winners and losers is this: losers need a reward for every little thing they do.

The moment they stop getting rewards they quit. The moment they stop getting X ad revenue checks they quit. The moment their engagement drops they quit.

Their weak mind demands rewards for everything they do. If they don’t get rewards, they resort to actions that give them guaranteed rewards instead. The resort to drinking and drugs and video games and permiscuous sex. Things that absolutely guarnatee them rewards.

The idea of putting in effort with 0 reward for weeks or even months or God forbid years is horrifying to them. You expect me to spend every single night learning to use AI for a year then learning to code for another year then building an app for another year and I don’t make a single penny from any of that? Fuck no.

That’s what goes through the mind of a loser.

The mind of a winner doesn’t even think about the reward. It’s not even a part of the equation. They know if they put blinders on and do the right thing. They learn that new skill. They start building that project they have no idea how to execute on. They start that Youtube channel and film their first shitty awkward video, that eventually, somewhere down the line, things will eventually just work out. But even if it doesn’t, fuck it who cares. At least you spent your time challenging yourself. Putting yourself through strategic controlled pain. Because you know that strategic controlled pain might not make you money, but it will definitely make you a stronger, better person.

So here’s my challenge to you this weekend:

Do 1 thing that makes you uncomfortable for 5 minutes. That’s it. Talk to an AI about how to learn a skill. Download Cursor and build the prototype of an app. Just read a couple pages in a new book about entrepreneurship.

Push the ball forward a bit.

Then next week do it again. Then again.

I promise with enough tiny steps, you’ll get somewhere incredible.

Elon can not only take away your X revenue stream, but he can take away your audience as well. The algorithm is ever changing. Reach goes up and down. If he decided to he could suspend you for absolutely no reason.

When it comes to newsletters, you own your audience. It can never be taken away from you. There’s no algorithm to please. You send them a message, they receive it.

Plus, it’s one of the most monetizable marketing channels ever. In fact, it was the first way I ever made money on the internet.
